Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made by phone or through our website. Please provide accurate details about your property and pest issue so we can prepare appropriately. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of booking and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we inspect the property.

Service Outcomes
We use industry-approved products and methods to treat pest issues, but outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, surrounding properties, and the extent of an infestation. We stand behind the quality of our work and will discuss any concerns with you.
