We reserve the right to refuse bookings for any reason as well as availability or pricing errors.

We reserve the right to re-schedule booking dates due to unconducive weather conditions.

We retain the right to cancel Services due to unsafe access or other safety concerns.

 

Returns and Refunds

Warranty:

We offer a 3 month Warranty for all services except Ants.

We offer a 1 year Warranty on Termite Management Systems.

Satisfaction Guarantee :

We offer a money-back guarantee on non-labour related components of our service at the discresion of Smash Pest Control Pty Ltd.

If you are dissatisfied with the Products used, please notify us in writing within the warranty period.

Refund Processing:

 Authorised refunds are processed within 30 days.
