Termite Inspection

This inspection covers a thorough check of the interior & exterior of the property using the latest technology.

Area Covered: Indoor, Outdoor, fences, outbuildings etc

Preperation: For Slab on Ground properties, ensure items are moved a foot away from walls. For suspended foors, ensure good sub-floor access is available.

General Pest & Termite Inspection

As per the General Pest & Termite Inspection description

After a termite inspection, a Termite Management System will be reccommended. Termite Managment Systems may include termite barrier systems, bait monitoring systems, reticulation systems depending on construction type, property and species of termites.

German Cockroach

This treatment applies primarily to Kitchens and includes gels & sprays in kitchen cupboards, thorough dusting of all electrical appliances. The chemicals are specifically designed to combat German Cockroaches.

Area Covered: Indoor only

Preperation: Empty all kitchen cupboards in advance. Provide access behind electrical appliances.

Commercial

Treatment includes low pressure spraying for general pests such as spiders, cocroaches. Dust dispensing under appliances, Rat boxes. This is an internal and external treatment.

Areas Covered: Indoor & outdoor

Preperation: Access to all areas required. Covering & protection of food & utencils.

End of Lease

This treatment includes a blanket spray flea treatment of the floors.
