Will the Pest Control be safe around children & pets?
Our products are pet safe. We primarily use pyrethrin based products which are made from Daiseys. Similar chemicals are used by farmers to spray the crops that we eat. These products are non carcinogenic. However we still believe in taking every precaution and recommend that you keep your pets outdoors during the indoor treatment and indoors during the outdoor treatment. As for our rat baits, they are locked in rat stations or left in roof cavities that are not accessible to pets.
What about Rainy Weather?
Indoor treatment is available in all weather conditions. Your appointment may be rescheduled depending on the weather conditions if we are scheduled to treat the outside of the premises.
What preparations do I need to make?
The preperation required is listed under "Services" in the top Menu and is described in relation to each particular service.
Keep pet food and pet water bowl away during treatment.
Keep pets indoors during outdoor treatment.
Keep pets outdoors during indoor treatment.
During Termite inspections, move all furniture a foot away from the walls.
What is the cost of pest control services?

Is Pest Control worth the cost?
Pest control protects your biggest asset and safegaurds your property from damage, preventing health risks and promotes comfort and well-being. When selling a property, it is comforting for potential buyers to know that regular pest control methods have been implemented.
What is the most common method of pest control?
Pesticides, insecticides, traps and other preventative practices are commonly implemented. Integrated pest management is used, combining multiple strategies for effective management of pests while minimising the environmental impact.

How often should I inspect my home for termites?
We reccomend annual Termite Inspections, however if you are in a high bush density, we reccommend 6 monthly inspections.
How often should I get a General Pest Treatment?
This depends on the your location, type of pests and previous infestations. Generally for residential, a yearly treatment is recommended for preventative maintenance, but more frequent services might be requird for higher risk areas or ongoing pest issues. For Commercial 6 monthly treatments are reccommended.
What type of environment would be high risk for Termite Infestation?
Termites thrive in damp areas and environments where they can have ready access to food such as cellulose (timber products).
What are the various methods of pest control?
Pesticides & Chemicals: This is a traditional approach involving the use of specific chemicals.
Integrated Pest Managment (IPM): Combines various strategies for long-term pest control
Natural Predators: Introducing natural predators of pests to keep their population under control
Traps & Baits: Placing traps or baits to attract and capture pests.
Good Hygiene & Preventative Measures: Maintaining clean premises and well sealed insect entry points.
Regular Inspections: Scheduled check-ups for early detection of pest issues.
How long does Pest Treatment take?
General Pest Treatment takes approximately 1h. Termite Treatment takes approximately 1hr. General Pest & Termite Treatement takes approximately 2hrs.
Will the Treatment make my windows dirty?
We usually avoid spraying glass unless necessary. The chemicals have potential to cause minor temporary stains on windows. If you regularly have your windows cleaned, we reccommend that you book window cleaning services 1 month after treatment.

What is the Warranty Period?
Our services include a 3 month warranty for everything except for Ants.
Termite Management Systems generally have a 1 year warranty.
